We've officially been open for 3 days, and things continue to get more exciting!

We opened at 8am today, and closed at 1am...crazy huh?

We sold out of cupcakes several times throughout the day, especially with our top seller the Guayabera, but we kept churning them out, a total of 5 baking sessions.

It's great meeting such wonderful people, we saw a lot of new faces today, and a lot of which are becoming regulars already...it's a pretty awesome feeling to be so accepted already!

Tomorrow's flavors are, Guayabera, Peanut Butter Jelly Time, Banana Split, Nutella, Thrilla in Vanilla, Red Velvet, & Oreo Overload.

Just left the store preparing for our big day tomorrow!!

Survived slicing my hand with a saw, and burning my other hand with the steam from the espresso machine...how am I going to manage frosting all those cupcakes tomorrow?!? Or should I say today?

I hope to see you all tomorrow/today :)

Sweetness has been like a pregnancy!, we've been in this process for approximately 9 months...5 months of hunting down a location, and 4 months of construction, permitting, and inspections...finally the time has come to pop the baby out!

We'll officially be open for business on March 11th, 2010 at 8am...with grand opening festivities following in the month to come.

Be one of the first 10 people this Thursday to say the word "buttercream" to anyone of our staff members, and receive a free mini cupcake of your choice...

We're still deciding on what flavors we'll have on opening day, We'll have Thrilla in Vanilla, Oreo Overload, Red Velvet, & Chocolate Cubed for sure, any recommendations for the other 6??
